"I started my training as a mature student in 2002, initiallly studying for a Level 3 VTCT in Swedish Body Massage, and quickly realised this was my niche. I decided to develop my skills and further my education through Beauty Therapy Level 2 and Level 3. As well as studying these full time, I also enroled on a part time course to gain my VTCT in Reflexology.
In 2004 I set up a spare room in my home to perform treatments, and Bella Beauty was established. Later that year I had to move out of the house as it was needed for my growing family, so I invested in a purpose built Log Cabin in the garden to continue my beauty treatments.
Over the years I have gained qualifications in many other aspects of Beauty, and I have achieved an excellent reputation for Deep Tissue Massage and Reflexology. My other great passion within the Beauty industry is Nails. I believe in working with the best Nail companies to be able to deliver exquisite nails that are beautiful, durable and cause no damage to the natural nail. Not all nail systems and nail technicians are the same, but I can assure you that here at declaré Beauty & Wellbeing, you will receive an outstanding, professional nail service.
Due the success of the business during 2013, I decided to act on my own ambitions and aspirations, and the business was relaunched as declaré Beauty & Wellbeing, relocating to newly renovated premises on Market Street in April 2014.
In June 2015, we took the opportunity to move into even bigger premises at Belmont Terrace, which gave us the scope to expand our vision for the Salon further.
As well as being an experienced Beauty Therapist, I am also an Independent Cambridge Weight Plan Consultant. I have a personal experience and understanding of the difficulties of losing weight, and having lost weight with the Cambridge myself, I am pleased to be able to help others do the same with one to one support.
In the last twelve years I have gained many skills, experiences and knowledge, but I could not have achieved this if I didn't believe in and enjoy what I do. I am truly grateful to have this opportunity to build up my business, and this has been achievable, in no small part, to my loyal customers."

"I am currently qualified NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy, and during that year, I was given the opportunity to gain some work experience here at declaré Beauty & Wellbeing, and this has developed into an Apprenticeship whilst I study for my Level 3. I am eager to learn new skills, and build my confidence working in the Salon."
